Ambulance Program

Ludlow Fire mails our subscription forms every year by early November for residents to sign-up.

The annual ambulance subscription fee is $50 per household and all residents living in the same household will be covered under one subscription payment.

The subscription fees will cover any remaining balances for emergency ambulance services provided by Ludlow Fire that insurance does not cover.

The fee may be used as a tax deduction to the extent of the law. Donations from this program are used to help purchase the necessary supplies and equipment for the Ludlow Ambulance Service. 

The department also offers online sign-up here. Residents who do not receive a form by mail can print one online or call Ludlow Fire to request one. New members are welcome to participate.  Those who wish to drop off payment at the station should leave it in one of the secure drop boxes located outside the Fire Dispatch Area on the Center Street side or inside the main vestibule of the Public Safety Complex on the Chapin Street side. Cash and checks are accepted.
